Welcome to Table-Grip! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our virtual
tabletop (VTT) website, tools, and services. By accessing or using Table-Grip, you agree to be bound by
these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, hosting a session, or joining a room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Table-Grip provides a web-based virtual tabletop tool designed to help users host and play tabletop
role-playing games (TTRPGs). We provide the digital canvas, grid systems, and room management architecture,
but we do not provide, host, or distribute official campaign rulebooks, sourcebooks, or copyrighted
third-party intellectual property.
3. User-Generated Content & Responsibility
Your Content: Users may upload custom assets, including maps, tokens, audio tracks, and campaign notes ("User
Content"). You retain all rights to the content you upload.
Intellectual Property Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses,
rights, and permissions to use, upload, and share any User Content you bring to the platform. You agree not to
infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties (including game publishers like Wizards of the
Coast).
No Platform Liability for UGC: Table-Grip takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User
Content uploaded, stored, streamed, or shared by you or any third party. You are solely responsible for your
content and the consequences of sharing it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Share illegal content, harassment, hate speech, or explicit material that violates applicable laws.
Attempt to bypass security controls, room passwords, or access unauthorized accounts.
5. Account Termination & Right to Remove
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, delete rooms, or remove any uploaded content at our
sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or infringed upon intellectual
property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied. Table-Grip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or session progress arising out of your use of the platform.
